50% to book the project · 30% at design approval · 20% before final handoff.

Two consolidated revision rounds per milestone. New directions or extra scope are quoted separately.

TIMELINE
Schedule is confirmed in the proposal and depends on scope, feedback turnaround, and stakeholder availability.

RUSH WORK
Short-notice delivery may carry a 20–35% rush fee, subject to availability.

PROPOSALS
Quotes are valid for 14 days. Work begins after scope approval and the initial payment.
